Post-event comms

M13’s annual general meeting is a tentpole event where M13’s investors, founders, employees, and community members come together.

In 2023, our post-event comms included bespoke thank you notes and gifts for speakers, thank yous to our attendees, and “FOMO emails” to invitees who were unable to attend.

Here, see a post-event email to attendees. The inclusion of the photo galleries boosted the click-through rate to 65% (up from a median of 23% for pre-event comms).
